Refund policy

This policy applies to Pager subscriptions provided by PalerQ Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9652071). PalerQ Ltd handles all refund requests for Pager.
Request a refund
Email support@trypager.dev with your purchase reference and the reason for your request. We review requests and arrange approved refunds through our support team. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including any withdrawal or refund rights.
Cancel a subscription
Cancel from your account’s billing page or contact support to stop future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically request a refund.
Lab allowances
Stopping a lab returns unused reserved minutes to your allowance. This is separate from a refund of your subscription payment.
