Security policy
Last updated
PalerQ Ltd operates Pager. If you find a security issue affecting Pager or your account, report it privately so we can investigate.
Report a security issue
Email support@trypager.dev with the subject “Pager security report”. Include the affected page or feature, steps to reproduce the issue, its potential impact, and any relevant screenshots with personal information removed.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or other people’s information. If a report needs sensitive evidence, ask us to arrange a suitable way to share it first.
Testing boundaries
This policy covers Pager at trypager.dev and pager.elcharitas.wtf. Use only accounts, teams, and training environments you control or have permission to use. Contact us before testing that could affect other users or live service availability.
- Do not access, change, copy, or delete another person’s data.
- Do not disrupt the service, send spam, or attempt social engineering.
- Do not test third-party providers or systems outside your assigned lab.
- Stop if you encounter private information, and report what happened.
Coordinated disclosure
We review reports, investigate their impact, and work with reporters on the next steps. Give us a reasonable opportunity to address an issue before publishing details that could put users at risk.
Protect your account
Keep your Google account secure, sign out on shared devices, and avoid putting production secrets or customer data in challenges. Report suspected account access to us immediately.
Our security contact is also available in security.txt.
